Last year, a young e-book publisher called Books & Butterflies was founded. With them you could mainly go for feel-good story collections, novellas and e-books. Due to circumstances, the owner quit the project and after some negotiations, we decided to take over Books & Butterflies as an imprint of Hamleybooks.

With the acquisition of Books & Butterflies, we can offer readers three platforms.

Hamleybooks

Hamleybooks remains what it has always been. A publishing house that focuses on youth, YA and thrillers with the occasional feel-good or fine novel. The books will continue to appear in print, ebook and all the other forms a book can take. Everything remains the same for the authors and, of course, for the readers.

Just Read

A platform for short stories and novellas, for which authors can submit only short stories in all genres except erotica. The first authors who have written stories for this platform are already known, more will follow. The launch is scheduled for September 1.

Books & Butterflies

This will be a full Hamley Books imprint. It will release e-books in the feelgood and suspense genres along with the already familiar story collections. No print books or collections of these books will appear.
