Sandra Hutchison - Inside the Bookcase

The book has been given a beautiful hardcover, which features a beautiful illustration of Hamley. Also in the book you will find beautiful pastel-colored drawings of this cute young animal. They are all the work of illustrator Ann-Sophie D'Hollander from Zele (Belgium). Graphic drawings that fit perfectly with the story and certainly make the reading experience for children more pleasant.
Hamley is Birthday reads quite easily. The story is told from the point of view of a cat. The story is kept simple and starts a bit slow because all the characters need to be introduced to you. In short, a nice introduction and after closing the book I am sure you will have taken the endearing kitty Hamley into your heart. This first story in a promising children's series will undoubtedly appeal to young readers and no doubt tastes like more. A fine series to collect.
