Sam and Jasper have been heart friends since a childhood tragedy brought them together. The two believe they have all the time in the world to achieve their goals. Their lives are brutally disrupted when they learn that Jasper is terminally ill due to a tumor in his heart.

The prospect of saying goodbye to each other forever hits the two hard. With only days left to live, Jasper is determined to make the most of the short time he has left. He begs Sam to grant his last wish, to sing once in front of an audience.

The broken friends leave behind everything they know to achieve the impossible, while simultaneously struggling with their grief, loss and inevitable goodbyes.
