Bear - Nellie Mandel

Ingmar and three of his friends go bear hunting in the forests of New Brunswick, accompanied by a native guide, Bineshii. They enter an environment that is foreign to them, and where different laws seem to apply. Hunting the bear opens paths to the mystique of the forest and of the ancient past of this part of the world, something remote to the four white townspeople. When the bear shows up, they only wound it. They go after him, but then one night one of them disappears without a trace, and he won't be the only one.
