In the heart of the earth

Avis' world literally tears in two, leaving not only her subterranean city of Agiirden but also her life in ruins. According to an ancient prophecy, the rift is the sign that the time has come to return to the surface.

While Avis struggles with her fear of having to leave her home, she also loses contact with her brother who has gone to explore the surface with a small group.

When the Council and elders tacitly reject her request for a rescue mission, it is up to Avis to overcome her fear if she ever wants to see her brother again.
