Best friends Ben and Alex are determined to make their last year of law school a celebration: study together, date together, go out together. 2020 has other plans for them. Ben, especially now, is afraid to tell the home front that he would actually rather work as a barista than a lawyer. While his girlfriend Leanne leaves for Estonia to complete her studies in Sculpture, Ben starts unenthusiastically with a master-after-master in Tax Law. Fortunately, he is able to trade in his cramped quarters for a cozy studio; Alex bails on his plans for a year abroad and from now on they share both their bills and their studies. But that, too, goes differently than planned.
