Panic

Two separate stories about the same drama are woven into a unique book.

Willem: The first bangs look like firecrackers, until the screams begin. Hidden in a shelter with five others, Willem listens desperately to the cries for help. They are in the middle of nowhere, no one is coming to help them. How long will it be before the gunmen discover their hiding place?

Jake: Jake stares confusedly at the festively dressed guests running up the stairs in panic, realizing too late that there is no way out for them. Shots echo through the building; he sees the gunmen coming toward him. He realizes that only death awaits him if he does not respond immediately.

William and Jake make a drastic decision. Waiting for death is not an option. Neither is panicking.
