The Deception

Famous actress Romy Schatz and up-and-coming talent Evi Valentura are on the island of Corsica for film shoots. Together with the rest of the film crew, they are staying in a vacation park owned by Corsican billionaire Jean-Pierre Paoli. He lives in one of the most beautiful spots on the island and makes his villa available for a party, to which not everyone is welcome.
Antoine, the manager of the vacation park, suspects his boss Paoli of shady dealings and is confirmed in this by an investigative journalist from the regional newspaper. Paoli turns out to be an important link in the making of the film. He has been willing to invest five million in it, but also gets something in return. But what? When, after a rest day in the filming process, the director does not show up, panic breaks out. Is the film in danger, or might there be more to it? Why do some people conceal the truth?
